Most Chinese-made generators sold in SA have sponge air filters that need to be soaked in oil first. Your generator will start and run without oiling it, but you shorten the life of your engine significantly, especially if you work in a dusty environment like a building site.

I bought one. Instructions for wheel assembly and other components dont make sense to the number of bolts and pieces. The document is in black and white print. Plus instructions refer to wheels with valves whilst the generator comes with hard plastic wheels. Directions dont match the actual machine.
