Where did you look for these ETFs? As far as I know, all ARK funds are not licensed to trade in Europe! You can only invest in these via a US financial institution.

It is totally legal. All my friends doing it without any problem. Also, one benefit is its tax-free as long as you hold the bitcoins more than 365 days. Tax free investment is a huge deal in Germany.

Can't wait for this video about moving to a tax friendlier country and see what to look for. I'll be employed in Germany and I'm not much of an entrepreneur so it looks like I will be stuck there for some time, my plan is to invest and build up a portfolio that will allow me to reach financial independence and early retirement. I would then try to move to a different country that charges less tax on dividends and capital gains. Real estate is also something I might consider in the future. In short, I hate high taxes.
