I'm done voicing my displeasure with the Dolphins. I would like to comment about QBs in college right now, the Dilphins need to take a closer view at some of the QBs and other positions. The QBs at North Dakota State, Montana State and especially the QB at South Dakota. There are a lot of other position players that deserve a Very Hard Look.

In my opinion. If we don't get tid of Grier not going to make a difference in what we do next. I think the GM needs to work with the coach and make team that works for what the coaches need to succeed. This is why you had the Tua problem. Flores didn't want him. Why have a liam inchneberg and cam smith problem coaches didn't want them. You have to add players that make sense to coaches schemes. Plus just cant grab players with big names is they are injury prone or washed up.

Fire Grier, he is liable for the Offensive and Defense lines. Hire a new GM and let him decide if he wants to keep McDaniels for a year to see if he finally learns to coach right. Then keep Tua for the 2 years that hit hard on the cap but get a QB in the draft that can take over for him and a good QB backup for him to learn from because Tua cannot be trusted to stay healthy and play a full 17 game season and doesn't appear to handle having competition for his job.
