Many of the tariff-imposed Chinese 6,800 goods worth $ 250 Billion coming under 25% US tariff (Custom Duty) like apparel, leather goods, shoes, luggage, TVs, Refrigerators, washing machines, tyres, electrical goods, auto parts, stationery, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, furniture, tableware (Crockery Cutlery) etc. can be easily replaced by Indian exports. Chinese exports to the US are likely to fall sharply forcing China to dump these products into Indian market. To prevent this India must increase custom duties on imports of these items. Deft economic & strategic coordination with US is required to achieve increased bilateral trade. . There is joint US-India proposal to increase bilateral trade from current $140Bn to $500 Bn. Reforming Land acquisition & Labor Laws will help international companies seeking relocation from China to India. That would give them advantage of India's large consumer market & will improve manufacturing capacity in India generating additional jobs & additional purchasing power in the economy.

sir, what is TRADE War ? I know its increasing the tarrifs , but what kind of trade agreement US is looking for with China? Is it like US is asking china to setup a minimum cost for every item below which china cant sell items ? or is it share in revenue. What do you think are good deals and can you share some examples in past where this happened and how it was resolved.
