I watched this movie literally hundreds of times and could recite nearly every word. I was working nighshift in Sainsburys and began writing the beginng of the narration on the lift wall. A few of the boys also windsurfed and we all ended up going to Maui in May 1988. I felt like Neil Armstrong on the moon. To be where I'd only dreamt of at age 21. Best ever times. Wonder whatever happened of Philip Hinton the voiceover. Such a warm and slightly sarky tone. Great film.Apparently most of the dayshift used to look forward to reading the latest lift scrolls and it became a bit of a talking point......bloody idiot but such fun.
