Things I really liked about the Podcast: Cut caffeine it will kill your anxiety Have a bigger purpose to trade other than money Have passion for the markets Know when to walk off from the markets Take a break every 30 mins Take a few days break after a winning or losing streak Know your Risk appetite Study your trades and know the time or sessions in which you make the most money/profits Being self aware is a weapon in disguise Believe in yourself and your strategy dont go into system hopping Practice yoga , deep breathing and meditation...they will build you as person and as a trader 2% Profits a Day compounds to Jim Simins territory Be hydrated .....always!!!!!

Wow great insight in this podcast. Going to become a smoker now, thank you! Jk. Love the points about learning how to let go of scenarios without edges and how the Ego is neither good or bad. Also about being mindful and taking breaks away from trading during sessions. Been on a warpath of trying to fight the Ego, but forgot how it can be utilized in a focused way to accomplish things.
