Is it possible to tell whether price will retrace and retest the order block before the break of the neckline or if price will just keep going down.

Right now EURNZD is forming head and shoulders on the H4 TF, so just have to wait and see, nice video as always

Why not buy or sell at right shoulder

Because you will not know if its a shoulder or if the price will continue going much further! You have to sell or buy at neckline only
