Jessie owens runs like a robot amazing how fast he was running like that i can't imagine how much faster he would be with modern training and techniques
@oluwaponlekudehinbu31002 жыл бұрын
Jesse's technique was almost a 100 years ahead of its time. His robot likeness meant he didn't dissipate too much lateral energy, the way other sprinters of his time did. Modern sprinters have learned to maintain their form even when lactic acid build up tries to force them otherwise. Owens is remarkable because he did this even before we understood the science behind it

In 9 seasons from 2008 to 2016, Usain Bolt was the undisputed and untouchable ruler of the sprint disciplines. At 3 Olympic Games and 4 World Championships that took place during that period, he won 6 gold medals in 100 m, 7 gold medals in 200 m, 7 gold medals in 4 x 100 m - a total of 20 gold medals, he is the owner of the current incredible world records in 100 m, 200 m and 4 x 100 m, he broke other people's and his own world records 6 times - achievements that no one has ever had and I doubt that anyone will ever have in the future.
