Megan, you want to talk about crazy. My stepmother has been in the hospital since November 10then the Sunday before Thanksgiving she was transferred to the nursing home. She gets to come home for Christmas day then she has to return to the nursing home. And then she gets to come home on December 30 if things stay the way they are. Nutritional yeast is good sprinkled on popcorn or eggs. Jicama has an apple like taste and texture. It’s good in a salad.

I like nutritional yeast. I first started using it to boost my vitamin B12 level, but there are more health benefits. It is a good seasoning to use in soups, popcorn, mixed in spreads and has a nice cheesy flavor. Merry Christmas to you and your dear family, Meghan! 🎄🎄💞💞

I am from new England and I have never heard of that pie but then again I don’t live anywhere near Nantucket. The gingerbread iced sqaures from the freezer isle are good but the lemon sqs they have in the freezer are amazing.

I went to my closest TJ Wednesday and it was CRAZY. I don't do well in crowds and even worse NOISY crowds. I missed half the things on my list. But I did get a few new to me items to try between now and our next trip down. Merry Christmas to you and your family.

Nutritional yeast is used for a variety of things. For people who are low carb...it can be used in baking and to give a slightly cheesy flavor when used as a topping. B vitamins

Ginger snap cookies -- my absolute favorite is Nyakers. I buy them at Christmas time at World Market, but you can buy them online too.. They're not cheap, but they're darn good!!

I went to TJ last week for the first time and they have very nice vegan options which I love!! The jicama sticks is actually something pretty common and live an everyday snack in Mexico (where I'm from). We get the whole root, wash, peel it and slice it and enjoy them with chili like tajin and lime juice. 👌🏼👌🏼You should try them like that. It is also something we stuff piñatas in the Christmas season with at every posada. It is kind of funny because not a lot of people like getting the jicamas even when they do like it.😂

I went to Trader Joe's for the Jingle Jangle as a gift a couple of days after your last TJ video and they were already sold out. 😂 They said this year it was the fastest they ever sold out ever and felt it was due to social media. Neat Trader Joe's fact: The workers there rotate once an hour to another type of job. It's great because everyone knows where things are and everyone knows how to work the registers. As soon as I saw you buying the smoked salmon I was like 😱 Not even joking; I was around a large online group conversation (like 20+ people) on how awful smoked salmon was literally yesterday LOL. I made the mistake of thinking it would taste good as well years ago. 💀 You live and you learn, I guess. It's nice seeing you going to Trader Joe's every once in a while now! You definitely notice way more things than I usually do. Those premade spreads looked gooooood. Thanks for the wonderful video. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays everyone! 💖

I watched a video, although it was a year old, it was new to me. Walmart was out of Raos Marinara, so may I recommend an alternative? Next time or sooner you just have to try Michael Angelo's Marinara Roasted Garlic or any other variety. It is as close to homemade as I've ever had. And I'm soon to be 67. As far as I know the only place you can get it is Walmart (green label, green lid). It's fabulous.

Must say you’re brave. No way would salmon or any seafood for that matter would pass my lips. I’ve gotten better as I’ve gotten older. As a teenager I couldn’t even be in the same room with salmon without throwing up and seafood was almost as bad

Great deal on Borsen cheese at Cosco I think I got a 3 pack on sale for $6 nutritional yeast is high in b vitamins and vegan so they use it to make Parmesan cheese it has a cheese flavor I love it on popcorn veggies potatoes pasta give it a try, I like brags brand! Not sure about TJs brand

We use nutritional yeast in our mashed potatoes and on pizza. It gives things a bit of a cheesy flavor. Since I don’t eat dairy it’s something we use frequently.
