Just fyi, because I can’t help being a plant nerd 🤣, those beautiful Autumn Explosion flowers are peony-flowered tulips. They’re tulips, just a kind that have a wide, double bloom that they refer to as peony tulips because they resemble peonies slightly.

Do you know about the miracle of pickle juice? I just found this out a couple of months ago and it really works. I get horrible muscle cramps in my legs , really really painful. When this happens now, I drink a couple of tablespoons of pickle juice and within 30 seconds, the pain is gone! I didn’t believe it when I heard it, but the pain is so bad that I didn’t have anything to lose, and I was blown away when it worked! I read it triggers something in the back of your throat that makes the muscle cramp pain not be felt.

I just learned that you should never wash mushrooms because they're like a sponge. Just brush them off and you're good to go.
