With respect, sir i think 5 ema sell works good in down trend which gives sometimes 1:10RR or more and it gives many successful trade of 1:3 or 1:4 and 5 ema buy i.e 15 min candle works good in up trend,but we can't see more trades in 15 min candle like someday it will give a trade after 2-3 days but the sucess ratio in up trend is like 70% - 80% and that is enough in 1:3 RR This setup will increase your patience level and discipline also.

option works by stocks not by itself so plot on index and take trade in options if its too confusing you can apply in index stocks directly

It will be more reliable that way. But yes, you have to be more alert. Try to look at the index's component, as in how they are performing. If the components, let's say top 10 weighted stocks in nifty 50 are showing negativeness, and nifty is near support/resistance, don't hesitate to enter the trade, but make sure you know your SL and target before entering the trade, give some breathing space for the trade so that SL fatak se hit hoke aapke direction me naah jaaye.
