Dale I am learning Money Market Trading and i came across your Book and purchased it .As i am new and don't know how daytrading is done i have a doubt regarding Daytrading of Currency.When i do daydrating why i have to analyse charts of Previous Day/week/month charts.Also wish to now how Volume price Analysis(VPA) is different from Volume Profile Trading?.

Hi buddy, we are looking at previous days to see where the volumes got accumulated and to know where to expect a reaction in the moment of our trading. I'd say it's refering to the same thing, only the Volume Profile(volume in price) is volume profile and that's all. No need to complicate it further with volume in time or something similar. Dale, I'm rereading your setup manual, I also follow your videos every week, however I have doubts about SL and TP, in a video from last year (I think) you explain the 3 setups, but you put SL = TP = 10 pips .... in M30 is not too little target 10 pips? .... the other to be profitable with B / R = 1: 1, must have a success rate of at least 70%, what is the rate of success of your setups? .... you can put a B / R = 2: 1, that is SL = 10 and TP = 20 pips to improve the return, I ask this because in backtest, demo, real and in Fx simulator blue did not pass a success rate of 67% at best, so it requires a B / R> 2 to be consistent ...... thanks for your videos, the other indicator that I bought no It works with indices, but after trying to trade indices, the broker has spread to my liking high in indices, so I discarded them and I only do forex .... You can't really tell until it happens. With my strategy you wait for a pullback to this place and only after that you trade.

Watch the BID and ASK sides. If MOST of the numbers seem to go higher on one side, generally going to move in that direction. In conjuction with the overall Market trend. Of course depending on the equity. I personally use TSLA(follows), VXX(Opposite), sometimes TNA(follows) the Market Trend.

For your setup #1, when price returns to the HVN what about the fact that price can get "trapped" or "stuck" in high volume areas? You are expecting a rejection at the HVN but can't it just as easily rotate around it for a while? Or do you think that rejection is more probable?

Think it depends where the liquidity grab is happening. Is it at the HVN or did it happen before and theyre likely to rotate thru?

The direction of our equity curve over time sometimes speaks a lot louder than certificates. It is cool to have some diplomas especially if we work on the institutional side and need to know the right lingo in order to sound sharp on front of a crowd of potential investors.

Trader Dale I mean if you have a specific time in the day to see the volume and choose a setup or not, either in time or a specific session.

No, I don't have specific time like that. I simply look at price action first to look for sideways price action combined with a strong initiative activity, or for strong trend, or for a strong rejection. Then I start using my Flexible Profile on those areas. Time of day doesn't matter. Although the asian session volumes are usualy lighter and I don't consider them as informative as for example volumes created within the US session.

Honestly i found it quiet difficult to find the the set up 1 pattern. On the 30m time frame price seems to just break out and not retest or it breaks out the almost immediately pull back and keeps going in the other direction. Am i missing something?

The flexible profile is a default on all charting platforms who offer Volume Profile. I get very suspicious when you label it "something special" from you. Would love to see your track record
