Hey Richard, next time you have a guest on, can you ask about the parallels with the index action during their entries? For example, in some market scenarios none of the strategies for going long will work. So when these traders are showing you their successful trades can you pull up the index for the same period to show us what the market was doing at the time so that we know what to look for in general market action also? Thanks for this BTW :)

Richard - Thanks so much for these interviews. Like other commenters have noted, in many of the recent interviews the viewer cannot see the speaker's cursor, and in many other videos the charts are too zoomed out to see the price action in any detail (I'm thinking of the interview with Leos). If you're able to fix these two issues it would go a long way towards helping us follow along. Thanks!

Amazing insights by Nick. Very impressive. 5% traders make money and 95% investors make money because trading is just like any business (as shown by NICK) which requires a Process, Discipline and Patience. Thanks a lot Richard for interviewing him and asking great questions as usual. Does Nick ignore fundamentals completely?
@TraderLion2 ай бұрын
Hey! I don't ignore fundamentals but price/volume is always number one. I like to look for quarterly EPS/Sales growth acceleration for 3 + quarters, it helps me usually identify which of my focus stocks are probably worth more attention and its also much nicer to have a stock that makes money because more of a chance big institutions are on your side and less of a chance some bad news or something can just destroy the stock if fundamentals werent there! - Nick

great interview, I have 2 questions, hope can get clarified/helped with: 1. since Nick's holding time is for months, is fundamental playing any weight in his analysis or it purely based on chart analysis? 2. when was exactly he changed his style to long term and how consistence his perform since then? why I am asking is as 2023 Nov was a turning point of market, his style to catch the turn was just fit the cycle of the market, how this style was doing during past some years? thank you!

Nick, great inspiration and content. Curious to what you would do better on the APP mistakes? I'm not really seeing why you would have done things differently. Especially on the big down day. I would have been protecting those profits.
@TraderLion2 ай бұрын
That big down day was after a couple other big down days. I reacted emotionally instead of doing my plan. I should have let the market open and gave it time to see how it handled the big stress test instead of just tossing. So either I could have been more patient and watch how the market reacted from the gap down or I could have been more aggressive and protected profits before that day even happened! - Nick

Hey guys love the video. I have some commentary. It would have been nice to see/hear why you were buying HIMS with all that overhead. What was the mindset that pointed to this as the best opportunity at that time. I get the up on volume scan which is helpful... I do believe myself it is best to avoid big overhead like that because HIMS was a rare and I believe the probability is better - generally speaking - with names closer to new highs or new highs for the last 1.5-2 years. I could be wrong but I think that is generally accepted as reasonable. maybe this a topic for future coverage
