Hi Nick, I sort of understand fundamentals but can you do a video of how I can apply it to the charts, I understand the direction of the market but I dont know when to time the trades to get in or sometimes the markets already moved ahead of the data and it is risky to get in at a late time

Its hard for me to track all this data for each currency. Thats why i rely on COT data to do it for me. I trust the institutions that they can read this data more better than me. So following them it means im also following fandamentals

COT is great - but it is delayed by several days. Understanding the fundamentals as they come out is a strong advantage!

​@@TraderNicktrue. But 3days delay is nothing for the banks because the hold trades for weeks, they not day traders. For example, look at what happened on gold. COT DATA said the institutions added shorts positions, but the chart was still going up. Yesterday the chart responded from what COT reported last week friday, same applies with Nas100 Thats why i think COT data is not lagging because price doesnt respond sametime to the contracts added, it takes couple of days for those changes to affect the market. Thats what ive observed studying the chart and COT report
