This is a tribute to the most amazing friend and mentor - Dr David Paul. David passed away peacefully on the 31st of July 2023.
David was without a doubt the most unique human being I have ever come across in the arena of trading. He taught me to add to my winning trades. “Press the winners”, I can hear him shout at me. It was a priceless piece of wisdom, one which I practise whenever the market begins to trend.
I shared a stage with David Paul at the Price Action Symposium in London in April 2022. It was a star-studded event with the likes of Larry Pesavento, Steve Ward and Al Brooks teaching. The whole event, which lasted 3 days, was captured by a film crew.
David was relentless in his commitment to his vocation, and it was matched by his commitment to help others trade well. Therefore, in honour of David, I am releasing all the video material of David from the London show in 2022 on KZbin. There are 3 videos in total.
Rest in peace my dear friend. You were a legend alive, and you are a legend now. Your wisdom will help people all over the world navigate the markets with more conviction and better tools. Thank you for everything you did for so many aspiring and professional traders.

I was listening to Dr D at the VV weekly Q&A on the 10th July - 3 weeks before he passed! I was stunned when I read the news on the VV website that he had passed on 31/7/23; I felt quite bereft and still do. I never met Dr D but listened to him nearly every Monday pm and often chatted with him online about various aspects of trading. He was incredibly knowledgeable- and funny at times - and one could learn every time on listened to Dr D. Thanks Tom for sharing this video - much appreciated.

I just got to know about Dr Paul last year through a KZbin video. It was an interview he had given for a publication and that that one interview I saw was an absolute game changer (for real). And as I hear this news now, I naturally got a tear in my eye, like as if I knew him or have been following him for a longtime. That's the kind of impact he and his words had on me. "If your entry is sloppy, then your stoploss has got to be a red bus away. The stop needs to be where the stop needs to be." - Dr David Paul

Having known David for over ten years he was such a wonderful, humble astute gentle man . He gave so much to the trading community and I learnt so much from this master of Technical Analysis. I was blessed enough to stumble across one of David Paul's video's yesteday. It's the one on KZbin called "Four mistakes preventing consistent market gains" - David Paul.
