Cant find a better guru to learn. Very clear and precise explanations. This is the first time watching ichimoku being explained so clearly. I must tell you that more and more, I don't just understand what you are explaining, I can actually "see" it.... It makes perfect sense..... I am constantly asking myself - "How did you not "see" it before? How did you not "get" it?" As I told entry level HVAC technicians or so many years- "There is a difference between understanding and knowing.... And when you know the difference, you will know the difference". The Chikou Line follows price EXACTLY in elevation and does not give any signs of a breakout as you mentioned. You need to simply look back 26 candles (periods) and see the position of the Chikou line to realize that it follows price perfectly. The Chikou does tell us the strength of the trend depending on its proximity to the price action. Once the Chikou line approaches within 10-15 minutes of touching price (on a 1 minute chart) you will notice that the Tenkan Sen line is approaching the Kijun Sen line so in this respect the distance that the Chikou Span is from the actual price (Ex: candlesticks) gives us trend strength or weakness but not an entry signal in any way. Thanks for all your other information on your video but this point was very important so that traders do not use the Chikou line incorrectly in trading. Thanks

Great video!!. You have mentioned many small points in this Ichimoku video series, which no one talks about. I have been trading since last 5 months and saw many videos about all famous indicators ( RSI, MACD, ADX, Stochastic, Pivot points, etc) . Hello amazing video. I have a question about multiple timeframe. Say you want to trade daily and 4-H. Daily for major trend and 4-H for entry. If there is a kumo break out on the 4-H, what do I need to see on the daily to go long. Do I need tenkan above kijun, Chikou above candles and price above cloud on the daily. Or is price above kumo in daily enough to justify the long entry on the 4-H Hope you can help :) Greetings

So should i exit this position once the stock upmove is over and that it enters the consolidation phase? Because incase i still remain in the position till the consolidation gets over i don't know which way the stock will give a breakout.

In zerodha streak, as per your video, I wish to add another filter of going long only when the present lagging span is above the 26 period ago kumo. Could you please suggest the filter for the same in streak. An offset of current span a and span b by '-26 period' was not successful.
