I trade between 12pm and 5pm london and Newyork sessions, I literally don't have any routine, I get up check my charts on my phobe then shower, brush teeth freshen up, have breakfast, then focus on the markets if. There's no setups then I do something with my time. As you said "Do What Works For You"👍

I find trading the London session there is no point in me waking up at 6am as I've found over the 3 years I've been trading that it's better to let the market play out a little first as there are so many manipulations that stop You out. Most of my trades are between 7:30-10:30 and I only trade EUR/USD and GBP/USD.

Do you always put pending order at 0.62 or look for other confirmation before hitting the button? I kind of get anxious when price approaches the point of interest although ICT said many times that get in when smart money is loading up but I just can't seem to get it around my head...
