Considering people have to buy a $25 toy to get this, this pet wear is very rare. Lets say Rainbow Maker is worth a good neon legendary, this cherry-on-top is much more rare than rainbow maker. It is like a 2000 robux pet wear that most people won't get, because most people won't buy the toy. Another example... lets say Adopt Me made the Bees Blaster tradable, what would that be worth? Maybe 4 neon legendary? So my guess for right now, this pet wear is 2 - 3 neon legendary in value. Because I don't think many people will go buy the ice cream truck toy for $25. So this hat will be more rare than bee's blaster in the future (but not as cool as the blaster, so that is why, 2 - 3 neon leg is my guess at this value). Now, that value goes out the window if a hundred thousand 8 yr old girls run out and buy the ice cream truck (I don't think it will happen.. but it might!).
