Thanks nate :) - let the trades work for you. Dont work for your trades - reverse engineer trades - trade works better usually when it's out of the daily range/ making a new daily range

Awesome presentation man, been trading for about a year and everything you just talked about is what I have been dealing with everyday. It's been a rough journey some ups, lots of downs and just trying to become better everyday, thank you appreciate the videos.

Killed it!!!!! Sweet Video Nate, I am huge fan of David Goggin's book actually I if you read the book I recommend listening to The audIo book too because of the added interview in the audiobook. I found the audiobook to be better than the written book for that reason.

@@MichKid14 LOL, That’s how I feel about Digging through filings, most of the time I just give up.….Oneday. You’re Truly Great at what you do which is Trade. I am surprised how well you presented here too I guess maybe your level of focus and the flow feeling you get from trading probably helps other areas of your life. I have seen really great talks by you before but this one was Special I can’t explain why.

Very good video, thank you! However, there is one thing that is very confusing in all IU videos if compared to IU DVD's and presentations. It is always underlined how important it is to have very well defined A+ setups and trade only those as well as you can and not make any random "I think that.." trades. An example is ABCD where you buy when the consolidation area breakout happens and put your stoploss behind the pivot. Then comes the confusing part. In Nates trades, there is no single entry point to hop in. He anticipates breakouts etc. well ahead and for "normal traders" this would be a big mistake of entering too early when the setup is not ready (no breakout yet etc) an of course failing because it is not proper setup (yet). I don't know what to think? Is this because very heavy size and he need to scale in and/or because of very precise expertise of trading to know and avoid setups which are not going to work? It makes me feel that beginners and intermediate traders have different rules than pro's but at the same time, consistency and precise A+ setups are underlined. I appreciate if Nate or someone could help me to get out of this thinking loop.

Props to whoever edited this. I usually don't like watching presentations like this (at summits, colleges, etc) due to the powerpoint (or whatever presentation) behind the speaker is typically always out of focus. The simple edits of what's being talked about being out on screen is a simple, but super useful touch. Also great presentation! Clear concise info with 0 fluff! Edit: I've also heard of David Goggins through Tim Bohen (I'm sure you've crossed paths with him before), and keep seeing recommendations of him from the KZbin algorithm, so I'll definitely do what you recommended in the presentation of reading his book! Thanks in advance for that.

So true. I had a really good results with my two methods. As soon as I started to trade 'I think market should do this' I have more losing trades. It really is about know what I know (what setups I own) and then nail it. Thanks Nate

Awesome Presentation Nate! I learnt so much from it. I have one questions: what's the difference between the over extended short setup and failed follow through setup. Because from the example charts you used they look the same to me...
