Hey Shay, what chart software are you using? I'm using thinkorswim and it doesn't color the volume bars like yours are. Obviously, this would be super helpful in reading the volume and help indicate the direction of the momentum over the colorless/single color bars I currently see.

Like every indicator…you have zero idea it’s happening while it’s happening. You go back and look at it later and see the volume spike…but it isn’t showing when it matters

well… if you’re on a 10min timeframe and let’s say 8mins (or 7,6,5) to go and volume has already surpassed Avg vol… that’s something to pay attention

Agreed, but have you tried volume indicators that attempt to predict the closing volume? TradingView's "Volume Spread Analysis [TANHEF]" indicator does a decent job as volume increases fairly linearly and the majority of volume occurs near the open as I suspect strategies often reference price closes.

By the time you see the volume indicator displaying a big green candle, you might be late in the move unless it's a breakout or continuation. If you want to participate in the move early, use footprint chart where the aggressors will be shown or use delta.

A day trader only needs these few things The ability to save money which is required to be able to build a big enough day trading balance with which to trade the Stockmarket A day trading balance should always be money you can afford to lose as 90% of day traders lose money Patience A budget with which to trade The ability to close losing trades fast The ability to do nothing and not get bored which is essential because day trading is all about have the patience to allow the Stockmarket to make a person money not the person trying to make money from the Stockmarket etc The ability to make+10% trades Never let your day trading balance decrease by more than you can make in 1 trade etc No 1 day trade is worth more than your day trading balance etc What a person makes is dependent on the size of their day trading balance Eg Example 10% of 100 = 10 10% of 100 k = 10 k 10% is 10% The size of the balance makes the bigger profit

yes indeed volume and uptrend is crucial for trading, also price range is important, and timing is very important, maybe looking at Fiboncaci levels, ATR to set stop loss and profit taking points. Also following news, management of money is very important to buy once and later buy more when needed, being greedy and aiming at higher profits is a sure way to lose money also, aiming at smaller gains is way better than greed.

Yes, watch for the speed of the volume always. You want it to be moving fast aligned up with the candles. Always watch the volume speed.
