Hey hey, thanks Rayner. The first thing I did was get an exercise book record my trades, detailing why I entered each trade. And I only take 3 trades per day. Lose all three I rest for the day and watch the market ... It teaches me patience, plus this way I can stay in the game for a long time

It seems that you've made this video just for me.. the timing of this video couldn't have been better.
