I am so impressed with the lady carrying the floating restaurant on her head... Does she wait for a customer to fin's their meal before they carry on with their sales? I miss Lome and its people so much. Very worrisome that they are still cooking and serving food in those raw aluminium pots and pans though.

Can you compare how togolese pound their fufu! Better than in Ghana where they put hand inside every time! That's the way to do it, very clean!
