I have made this cake recipe today and it came out well. My personal preference.. brown sugar is 60g because i am using tin blueberry filling that already has it sweetness.

As I know, the term "tart crust" is often used interchangeably with "pie crust," but they refer to different types of desserts. Tart has a firm, crumbly crust (often sweet pastry) and a delicate filling, usually baked in a tart pan. Presentation is often elegant. Pie, features a flaky crust (pie dough) and can have a hearty filling, often with a top crust. Pies are typically more rustic in appearance. Cake made from a batter, cakes are soft and fluffy, often layered with frosting or fillings. They are baked in various shapes and sizes. The term "pudding" can have different meanings depending on the country. long story^^
Hi there, we don’t recommend using almond flour alone when making cakes. But for making cookies, you can use 1005 almond flour. Usually, to use almond flour as a substitute for cake flour, simply use 25%~75% of what the recipe calls for.
Which level of the oven rack? Middle or middle lower? 🙏🏻

Hello there, we use fan oven, place the cake in the lower and middle rack, and the baking result is the same. 😊

@@SweetDumpling Appreciate your quick response!👍🏻❤️ I have both the convection (fan) and the regular oven, and I can never figure out which to use, and the level of the rack, if not specified… still learning. This cake is very lovely, and I like the fact that it’s not a big cake. Blueberries are in season here in the US now - will make it tomorrow. Thank you 🙏🏻❤️

HI Emily, 烤成 muffin 的小顆尺寸也挺不錯,但要留意脫模問題,若烤模不沾效果不錯,可以刷一點奶油,若一是完全防沾,可以抹油加撒粉的方式。😊
