and Welcome to a Traditional Crab Curry and Crab Masala (भरलेल्या खेकड्याचे कालवण) Episode of @RedSoilStories
One fine evening I and Pooja were seating around a bonfire as it was cold that night, We were talking about how cold it was that night.
Suddenly Pooja wanted to have Stuffed Crab Curry and asked me to bring the crabs the next day from the sea port.
I took enough of crabs from the fish market and gave it Pooja and then went into the farm.
Pooja started preparing her favorite Traditional Crab Curry ( Stuffed Crab Curry / भरलेल्या खेकड्याचे कालवण ) and Crab Masala.
Before that she cleaned the crabs, separated different pieces for different recipes, made a crabs legs extract to add in both the crab recipes.
First she prepared Crab Masala which a stir fried crabs in Onion Tomato and Other spices. After that she prepared the Stuffed Crab Curry which is a bit lengthy but flavorful dish to prepare. She stuffed the crabs shell with a masala which was made with coconut paste, besan, spices etc. Then she tied the shell on the body of the crabs. Then she prepared a gravy ( Curry ) and added the stuffed crabs in it. The Stuffed Crab Curry is ready.
I returned from the farm and we both had lunch together.

When the crabs are totally dead it's peaceful to clean them but when they are alive and you have to clean them that scares me the most in life 😂 don't know if someone can relate
