INGREDIENTS:
1 kg salted cod fish ( you can use any kind of fish fresh or frozen)
1/2 lemon
Water
For the batter
1 cold beer (330 ml)
a pinch of baking soda
5-6 tbsp flour
2 tbsp cornstarch
For the garlic potatoes dip (skordalia)
1 kg potatoes
water (700 ml)
2-3 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp apple vinegar
some lemon juice
40 ml olive oil
some salt
