Just made this and it’s delicious. I added cheesy mash and a bay leaf. Plus a bit extra salt and pepper.

I love cottage and shepherd's pie but I've never tried the fish pie. This looks amazing Mark, I really love the fish and the shrimp and your touch of mushrooms is fantastic, must add a nice nuttiness. The mashed potatoes are so perfect too. Gotta try, love it!

Salt in the butter and seasoning in the potatoes. Also herbs which add flavouring. 🤔
