As a kashmiri I would like to make a correction. This much of dry fruit is never taken with breakfast. Usually it is just Tea, lavasa or roti with butter . May be he is a dry fruit seller and that's y so much of dry fruit.

Being a Kashmiri, we don't have nuts in the breakfast ever. Some people do much crushed almonds and walnut in their tea but no one would have them like this. Also, he forgot butta (corn) being a staple of nun chai in summers.

U have to boil this particular tea for around 25-30 minutes to extract it's reddish -black colour add pinch of baking soda after whenthat add milk plus salt and wait until it starts to boil again let it boil for 3-5 minutes more then add few walnuts+kashmiri roti with butter😊. Better watch a video to understand

Yeah kyonki mehmaan ko bhagwaan maan na indus valley civilization mein hi aata hai sadiyon sey 😊 Noon chai 😅 Wow 😳 in gujurat we have our khakra and thepla in breakfast or bhakri But just like them we had concept of native traditional breakfast. Also in morning soaked almonds is eaten . And milk with turmeric powder with slight salt . Aab toh chai peetey hai jyada But aab hum western breakfast kay aadi ho gaye 😢. We didn't value our traditions 😞 Haa saffron and dry fruits are included in our other products like kheer etc and dry fruits in our peth and methi kay ladoo and many such healthy food items. Yaha tak ki butter 🧈 bhi actually traditional style mein banta hai in gujurat and rajasthan and even in sindh which have different climatic conditions. So food is slightly different We have bhakri made up of wheat and even we have jowar and Bajra bhakri Its so good to see kashmiri traditional breakfast. Simple but healthy and fulfilling. Aur yeah breakfast ko digest karney kay liye, yeah log utna hi mehnat kartey hai. They breathe non polluted air and even climb and walk a lot joh hum urban areas mein nahi kartey 😢 Healthy routine and disciplined life with physical work and peaceful mind is key to success and beautiful glow . Its true happiness that comes from within. We urban area people literally miss this 😢. Also breakfast table pein nahi .issi tarah neeche baithkar with folded legs and sabkay saath hona chahiye. Thats time for family bonding and such sitting position helps in digestion of food But woh bhi humney chod diya 😢 Now breakfast is on table 😞 served like in restaurant and people are always in rush and so no family interaction as there is no mindful presence 😕. Everyone is lost in their own world mostly with gadgets or television 📺. But still felt nice looking at this video 🙂 Wish good luck to kashmiris
