Mina and Mommy Oh are the best. I was an English teacher in Korea for 8 years. Love Jeju! And the desserts in Korea are so much better than in the USA. I will be in Seattle in mid May 2021. Any suggestions? I love fish, rice, and noodles.

EDIT: Closest thing to the rice cake with red bean with that kind of texture I ever had here in the UK is green Mochi with red bean, unfortunately the market that used to sell it shut down, so its hard to find now where I live.
