Poin, I have a suggestion and a request. The suggestion is to use a fish filet knife on very tough meats. Be carefull to not touch hard surfaces like a cutting board. The bade is extremely sharp; but, easily damaged by hard surfaces. The request is: Would you tell about how many hours you work, process food; and, what you like to do in your spare time? Towards the end of the segment , the rice she collected are not fully mature yet . It is roasted then pounded , husk removed by winnowing with a flat woven basket. It is called "pinipig" in the Philippines. Used in a lot of desserts, truly delicious.😋
