OK, so you may be correct in different markets. The reason I didn't make a huge DP, is because I'm already having a difficult time convincing my Roundup Fam they can even DO Lease Options. So, I tried to be ultra conservative and make the down payment BELIEVABLE for most. Can we and do we often get more, YES.
