Went to Geneva for business many times in the 80s and 90s. After discovering The Armory, I made it a point to eat dinner there at least once each trip. Thanks for showing me its still there, and that some great things don't change!

Your bread pieces for the fondue are way too big. Half of that is sufficient. And the bread to cheese ratio is off, too. You need more cheese on the bread.

@andyjames362 they were just making a suggestion..if you've ever been to these places..most of them cut up the bread for you and they're much smaller..actual bitesized pieces. If your bread if too large..you dont taste all the nuances of the cheese.
