Instead of saying "Yeh kia hai?" Or what's that? You could simply say in Persian خانم این چیه؟ and "Kitna door hai" چیه قدر فاصله است؟ How distant that place is? And "Nice to meet you" or "Apse mil kar khushi hoi" از دیدار شما خوشبختم" Persian isn't hard to learn or speak that's the reason for your incomplete conversation with persians neither they understand you and nor you them.
