Thank you Master Liang for this excellent demonstration of the Yang 103/108. You and I about the same age and movement style so your form lines up perfectly with my execution of the Yang 103. This is my go-to KZbin video for review and refinement. This is the best back view of the Long Form I have found, and I appreciate it immensely.

Master Liang, Thank you! This is exactly the same as Form 108, I guessed depends on how you count the movements. If this was listed under Form 108, you would have a lot more viewers. This is the best Long Form I have came across, except the movements was too slow for me, but I changed the setting for 1.75 speed, and it looks perfect. You're GREAT!
