A better idea: default spawn on Italy and take Fastello loop all the way to the airport while the cops are chasing you ! Set as many vehicles as your computer can handle for some real challenge and fun. Call it "escape to the airport", because the cops indeed stop spawning once you reach the airport. And you will need some fast, customized cars with crash-bars, recessed-wheels, etc: to survive. I have customized a lot of them BTW.
