I don’t think Arkansas pulls you over for a cracked windshield. One of my vehicles has one. I even drive it frequently to Missouri where they do pull you over for it, never once been pulled over. If you’re a law abiding citizen, it’ll help you out.

Some places will stop you if you have an air freshener or handicap placard hanging from your rear view mirror while driving. To all the people complaining about the trooper having a cracked windshild, has it even occurred to you that when you spend 10 hours a day, pulling over vehicles on the hiway (and being right behind them when they pull onto the shoulder) your windshield is gonna get cracked / broken OFTEN probably on a weekly basis.. and I'm sure the maintenance dept will swap it the next time the car comes in/ as soon as possible. It could have even happened earlier that same day/ shift 😮

Arkansas laws do not mention windshield cracks, but drivers are not permitted to operate vehicles with obstructed view of the road. No stickers or other objects may be attached to car windshields which prevent clear view of the road.

@@TeeTee-2016 You are correct. In most states, a cracked windshield is not enough for a ticket. As long as the view is not seriously impaired (such as by many cracks in front of the driver's view or a spider web crack) one or even 2 cracks that do not impede vision are not going to result in a ticket. And if they did, there would be a serious question whether it violated the law if the law's main concern is just that the driver's vision not be impaired.

Y'all gonna be angry with me...but that woman has great genes. She was sexy/athletic and tried to silently pull that card. I couldn't see her when she asked if the kids could sit in the car and nothing about her tone or words came off as having an attitude. Sorry, we've all seen police videos when the person being stopped has attitude, and this wasn't it. I'm fairly certain that she was confused when he hit her with his comment about her attitude. He didn't check her attitude. He mentioned an attitude that didn't occur.
