How sad and I never heard of him but now I see why because it was close to 9/11. AIDS death is very horrible. I had a close friend and I went to see him about 3 wks before he passed. If Kenny had access to retroviral meds today, R&B would have been in a more better state and all the Summer Walker's, H.E.R's, Sevyn Streeter's would be background singers AT BEST (as the late Kevin R. Samuels would have said) and Kenny would have trained better singers to get record deals in lieu-in place of the aforementioned "singers". Kenny would have also would probably have formed a supergroup with Ne-Yo and Usher as the answer to a more hip version of LSG (the late Gerald Levert, Keith Sweat, and Johnny Gill). If you watch the interviews with the other members, they said many things and they we’re stunned when they found out he had aids. They we’re all still cool and Kenny went to go live living with Buddy and his girl at the time until he had to go the hospital where he eventually passed. They even said if you see how skinny he was in New Life compared to the previous album, that was because of the aids.
