Never seen anybody do it before , especially in the middle of a trail, to remove a stub. There are a lot of things that have been done before but until you see it. Things are a lot easier in a shop or on a construction site, working with limited resources is a true MacGyver .( I’ve met the original “MacGyver”, great guy , good actor and funny as hell)

I'm also from Canada, went down to Moab and Hurricane this summer, was a lot of fun on my Honda dual sport 250l, although I found out just how insanely soft the Hurricane sand is, almost couldn't move uphill in the dunes. Brings back memories. Broke an axle in my racecar tow rig eons ago and it had a 9" Ford in my Chevy truck. Had to pull the other axle and make me a rod out of an electric fence post to knock the slug out from the other side. Some grinding and crossed fingers but it worked. A week later it happened in the stock car and guess what? I still had the rod! And the experience. We made the feature!
