Trailblazer Rattle and Ticking

Rattling Noise on start up then it goes away. Also sometimes when shifting or hard accelerations. I believe it to be the exhaust gasket.
Ticking noise will start after a few minutes upon startup, but eventually will will go away when it fully warmed up.
