... He put the Jack MOUNT on Sideways... The Single Bolt Holes should be Resting on the Top of the Trailer Tongue and the Triple Bolt Holes should be on the Bottom of the Trailer Tongue and using the Hole that Fits the Closest to the Bottom of the Trailer Tongue...

Odd... I thought the four hole brackets were supposed to go on with the flat side against the tounge. I always make an error when trying to do things in two minutes. It's a good video but you should add in taking two minutes to read the directions as well. Note. I put a jack on just yesterday and put those for hole brackets in backwards. Duh

Thank you for this video. Question: what does the spring-loaded J-shaped pull pin do on trailer jacks? Does this permit you to disengage the jack assembly from its mounting plate?

The spring loaded J-pull disengages the Locking pin so you can swivel Jack upward out of the way when traveling 🙂

Why not install on the other side of the frame so that it's closer to the centre, so that the load-bearing capacity is more even?

I made the same mistake 🙄 when you get out of the vehicle it should be on the driver side 😂

Is it possible to just replace the wheel instead of the entire jack?

Yeah I’m pretty sure if you can find the right wheel. Mine ended up breaking eventually and I need to do a replacement at some point.

he just said the inside was busted. the handle no longer is able to turn the gearing mechanisms inside the kack.

You installed it sideways. And the brackets are backwards. You had a 50/50 shot on each one, blew it😂
