Great videos. I've learnt so much from watching them...Serviced brakes; changed pads and a calliper; tightened handbrake and checked it over; dealt with problem with the radiator (i.e. changed it!); done full service; etc...thanks to your videos, Chris.

looking forward to the 'new' series of rebuild, stricly speaking that A reg is a 'one ten' not a defender. hope the galvanised chassis is restorable

I think the complete recovery of an utter basket case of a land rover will make for far better viewing ... better get stocked up on the buzzweld products and fit another disk in the grinder ;0)
@Buzzweld9 жыл бұрын
BUZZWELD whole heartedly supports what chris is doing. His videos now feature on our site. Regardless of the product choices and brands that LRTV make (ours or otherwise) Chris will have access to Buzzweld resources, to include among the most qualified corrosion technical engineers the UK has to offer.

+www.buzzweld.com Corrosion. Home of Land Rover. We are going to have to lean a bit on your advice Craig because of the the rot Land Rovers generate.

+Land Rover Toolbox Videos Lean? Surely you'll need a piggy back at least to win that race!

+Land Rover Toolbox Videos sounds good. First advice would be.... Those twisted knot wire wheels for the angle grinder. They are great at removing debris, but not very good at keying the metal prior to coating application. A flap disc 60>80 grit won't polish the metal the same way a wire wheel will.
