Very informative video, thank you. Writing off invoices in Zero is so easy! Is there ever a situation where we would not include the sales tax in the credit memo?

Hi, if you charged sales tax on the original sale, you will always refund it. Off the top of my head, I can't think of a situation when you would not refund sales tax. With that said, all cities, counties, and states have different sales tax laws. Check with your local taxing agencies to verify your specific situation.
