Just another day in paradise - Tamaqua, Pa. Last time I was through there were a lot of hoppers stored east of the Greenwood Breaker. Are they still there?

So a broken joint was the problem that day. I made a video as well that day heading off to my last physical therapy session on my shoulder and wondered what they were doing.
