what a impressive animal! I like gators i love most all animals really, but i know to give great respect and space to ones like this. Admire from a distance.

That's wild. If only more people could see this kind of animal content, not sensational or gimmicky, people would start to change how they see these "mindless, cold blooded killers"... So you and Tom keep putting these videos out so more and more can see things in a new way

Nathan Sweeting For sure, it's good for people to see things like this... So the baseless fear can go away, and cautious appreciation and respect for them can take over. I'd love to come visit... But I work in Saudi Arabia and I don't make it back to the US very often... But if I end up somehow in Florida it'll be on my list of places I wanna go!

Ok.. at first I was thinking this is a joke, looks like no type of training or thought processes was happening but, like Kenan was saying I notice that there is some discipline and obedience from that huge seemingly docile gator. Pretty cool!

Hi Kenan!I have a question that is not connected to this video: what type of cactus could I feed to my greek tortoise?Thanks and I subbcribed!
@jeffbingaman27547 жыл бұрын
He cleaned out his pockets so as to not interfere with the gators digestion if he is eaten. That guy is squatting as the Gator is figuring out how long the guy quits looking at him. One of these days all the tricks he has been forced to do for food will need a whole person as the treat. Would rather see the natural intelligence of an animal than some human hoop tricks.

Actually, this sort of training has a lot of different purposes. One of which is if the animal needs medical treatment. Zoos are teaching animals using positive reinforcement so that they can get blood draws and examine animals without having to restrain them or knock them out . Restraining and anethetizing causes a lot of stress to the animal. It helps to have an animal that is biddable and feels no stress when confronted with a human being. This animal in the video is not being forced to do anything. This animal could kill the trainer in a short second if it wanted. I think you really need to understand how positive reinforcement works and why it is used before you make these kinds of comments.

I'm sorry I don't like that they are training the beautiful WILD animal like a dog. They should be respected and well cared for but also be left alone. I like the way that Kyle is gonna take care of them. Give them a huge amount of space and an area for them to be free...

GERSON MAZARIEGOS Duckweed is a natural filter. The water underneath is crystal clear and clean, plus it act like a blanket in winter which helps retain some heat through cooler nights.
