My practice is just play people online with 60 AVG or more plus go around the boards on doubles couple of times I do this nearly every day sometimes for 2 sometimes for 6 hours..I've been playing 10 months and I'm hitting 75 AVG at the minute..doin tournament also

The T-shirt I used in combination with the Darts caused large holes and more damage than expected. I would never use a T-shirt again for practice perhaps a sheet of paper but never a shirt.
