Cali Guy Chandler is not only thee best fighter out here but he is thee best motivator for me. He has got me into trying to lose weight but it's hard. Now that I'm out of school I finally can go workout at a gym and maybe learn a mix martial art and maybe lose some weight. I just want to know some of Chandler's weight losing tips and muscle gaining tips for beginners. I'll rather hear it from him than going online
