I don’t always watch the interviews but this one was very entertaining! I’m also from Massaschusetts! Southcoast but I went to college in Amherst so I’ve been to Worcester a couple times! I think he’s right about people from Mass thinking they knows what’s best for everyone. But each state knows what’s best for their own state. I agree. I’ve lived east and west coast, I’ve been to Montana, Idaho, Oregon, Washington. Drove across the country. I’ve never been to the south but my dream is to get a van and just travel. I can tell you have to be a certain kind of person to hop trains, free spirit. This was a great interview, from getting arrested in Canada for illegal entry to the Country, then getting arrested in North Dakota for a hitchhiking law from 1938 😂 Ben you seem like a cool dude & as always keep up the good work Death; love the videos!

I loved this show! I haven’t seen anyone with a story like this on Death’s channel before. Super cool! I like your view on how each state knows what’s best for them, except it sucks when you live in a state that just isn’t you. I live in Provo, UT literally the most conservative city in the country. I just don’t feel like I fit in here. I also love your ideals about not judging anyone, cuz the main reason why I don’t like it here is cuz if you’re not Mormon you’re judged by a lot of people, not everyone of course. It’s just that the Mormon church is in trenched into the culture. I would love to live a lot of places in the country, but gotta work on getting my mental health in order so I can move out of my parents house. But I loved your story bro and you seem like a really chill, down to earth person! I hope you are happy and healthy and your back heals!
@boss-anova3 жыл бұрын
@@Lindsey0007 hey i also struggle with mental health, I want you to find the inner strength to make all the moves, in your own time, that make YOU feel whole. I believe in you. Every day I have to make choices that ensure I am happy and healthy. Some days are really hard and some days are really easy. I never forget that each day is a new one, and I dont have to carry all the things that make me sad or afraid (from my past or whatever) with me every day. Yes there are days where it sticks to me, but mostly I choose to leave it behind while I go about my day. Its important to self-care and learn to either let go of or distract yourself from obsessing over past traumas. BUT always leave a space for processing your feelings and emotions. Dont bottle shit up. Its confusing I know. Good luck!
@Lindsey00073 жыл бұрын
@@boss-anova thanks so much for your kind words! That really does mean a lot to me. It makes me happy to hear that other people who have mental health challenges are working through it first and foremost because I want everyone to be happy, but also it gives me hope I can succeed to. 🥰

GREAT GUESS!!! WOW huh? I loved hearing a free spirit talk about life, other people and taking to all of your listeners and taking us on a adventure around the US and in country. Hey Death I'm a retired female CO from California. I worked at deuel vocational institution AKA gladiator School during the 80's level four as well as San Quentin. I'm a big fan of your channel. You know correctional officers have a saying and it goes like this we're doing time on the installment plan we just get to go home at night sometimes if we're not being held over. I would never ever want to go back to ever being a gard but I guess after you have been in that environment you have to talk to other people who have done time in prison because we have a special language that we talk and like my neighbors wouldn't understand it and so because we did time on the installment plan, you need to relate and laugh about prison no matter how terrifying it was only to realize that was how YOU SURVIVED in side the wall's right. I'm a big fan of your channel. Sometimes you have people on who have been in side the same prison I use to work and it takes me back to the day. You know that you're never going to run out of content for your channel

He's partly correct about "Chasing the Dragon" being a reference to chasing the same high that you experienced the first time ever using heroin. But it's specifically a reference to smoking Heroin off foil bc you have to "Chase" the glob of Heroin as it melts and slides down the foil with a straw so u can inhale the smoke that comes off of it as you heat it up
@robo33043 жыл бұрын
