More info about the light rail transit:
The Arrow is the name of Los Santos' only light rail line. The line has 11 stations and expands through most of the largest neighborhoods in Los Santos and the incorporated city of Davis. The system is both overground and underground. The trains are based on the real-life Siemens P2000 cars.
The network starts and ends with loops at Davis and at Los Santos International Airport.
A full loop of the arrow system takes approximately 52 minutes in real time, or 26 hours in-game.
The LST is based on the Los Angeles County Metro Rail; the underground segment resembles the Red Line; the above ground segments are based on the light rail lines of Los Angeles.
Station canopies above ground appear to be based on some stations found on the Green Line while those underground appear to be based on Pershing Square station on the Red and Purple Lines .
Many station entrances are based on those found in the real life rail system. The Station entrances for Little Seoul and Burton stations are based on the entrance to Hollywood/Vine station , Del Perro station is based on Wilshire/Western , and Portola Drive and LSIA Parking stations closely resemble Mariachi Plaza.

Haaa me acuerda cuando tenía 6 años e iba a la casa de mi niñera y me prestaba su pc con el gta san andreas, yo siempre abría nueva partida porque no sabía que había una histora, lo que hacía siempre era rolear, yo buscaba un tren de pasajeros y lo empezaba a usar y aveces buscaba un camión y lo usaba en el campo, que recuerdos😭

Мне, как водителю трамвая, тяжело смотреть на то, как вагон еле ползёт. Хотя, у него хорошее обособление путей. Подземка. Там можно разогнаться так, что даже легковушкам будет сложно тягаться. Говорю как человек, который, даже на хреновых рельсах, способен разогнать трамвай до 60 км/ч. Вот есть такой персонаж, Борис Хрен Попадёшь. А есть водитель, Октавий Хрен догонишь. Потому-что, его реально хрен догонишь. Даже, если пути будут раздолбаны в край. Конечно, трындец как страшно, но всё же! А уж если пути будут в отличном состоянии, то всё. Держите меня семеро! А шо мы имеем в Лос Сантосе версии ГТА 5? Обособленные пути, и ползём примерно по 15-20 км/ч. Класс! По моему, в Сан Андреасе, в Сан Фиерро, КАНАТНЫЙ трамвай, и то быстрее ездил. Простите, вырвалось. Rockstar had one job when they were designing the transit system for gta v. Make it better and more complex than gta IV. Top what you did there. But no. What did they do??? Made this abomination.

I was initially inclined to call it a tram, but when the wiki article told me that The Arrow's rolling stock was based on the Siemens P2000 (which is a light rail car), I had to call it light rail to avoid making U.S. railfans angry XD And even if The Arrow was just one car, since the stations' PAs kept calling it a train, I also called it a train (also is shorter in the text narration than 'light rail transit' lol) :3

and oooh, one more thing, another reason why I didn't push through with calling it a tram is because I noticed after searching photos and videos in real life, that the doors in trams are at a very low level, which enables passengers to get on straight from the road. The Los Santos Metro (and the Siemens P2000) have doors that are too high from the ground and a station platform is needed to board them. :3
