I am watching From Bangladesh. I think there is a confusion. The strike is nothing about pension. The stike is about overtime salary. Till 2022, Bangladesh Railway gave their staff overtime salary. But those who joined after 2022 did not get the overtime salary. On the other hand, they have to do overtime if there is no salary. Which is completly unethical. So this is the reason of the stike. It doesn't have any connection with pension.
