Seeing where Charley has made it to now after all these years is really something. So many musicians I saw on the streets of New Orleans, could be the next Charley playing out there right now.

So Charley was always a hipster bandwagon jumper? He's still talented, no doubt, but just another grifter.

Listen “Maxwell” Charley is from Texas, as am I. Old bluegrass and traditional country tunes are as big of a part of our upbringing as anything else, so that’s authentic. And what the fuck is “bandwagon” about gothic spun old country, or horn filled songs that are easily inspired by this. Also, musicians play different styles of music, they look for and build their sound. Listen to the first Beatles album, and their last. Different music, same folks. You got fkn disease for coming in here like that. So dumb
