Am I missing something, in the Hudson Line DLC for TS the in cab signaling looks nothing like the ones for TSW2. Did MTA upgrade the signaling for the M7 series between releases?

He just used the irl announcements he recorded and added them to the video. Unfortunately they haven't developed announcement for trains in game for some reason. Dovetail be weird.

@@detector5304 They can, but in order to implement the passenger courtesy and short platform announcements dubbed by Van Ritshie on the M7/As on both LIRR and MNR, it will require a software update for the ASIs. For example, for the Southeast local at Mount Pleasant, the announcement would go “Mount Pleasant has a short platform. The rear door will open only in the last car.”
